Terms of service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms apply to AG Bill (the "Service"), provided by AG Bill ("we", "us"). By creating a shop or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
The Service is online software for billing, stock, customer dues, purchases, service jobs and reports for retail shops. Each shop is reached at its own address under agbill.tech and keeps its data in a separate database.
2. Your account
You must give correct details when you sign up and keep your passwords private. You are responsible for everything done with your shop's logins, including those you create for staff. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
3. Free trial and plans
New shops get a free trial for the number of days shown at signup. After the trial, continued use needs a paid plan. Prices are shown on our pricing page and inside your shop, and may change with at least 30 days' notice for future periods. Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly.
4. Non-payment
If a plan is not renewed, the shop becomes view-only: you can still see and export your data, but new entries are paused. If a shop stays unpaid for 180 days we may close it after giving notice to the owner's email or mobile.
5. Your data
You own the business data you enter. We use it only to run the Service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You may ask us for a copy of your data at any time while your account is open, and for 30 days after it closes.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, to store data you have no right to, or to try to access other shops, attack, overload or copy the Service.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and backed up, but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is done outside shop hours where possible. Support is available through our contact page.
8. Your responsibilities for tax and records
The Service helps you prepare bills and reports. You remain responsible for the correctness of prices, tax rates, GST filings and the books of your business.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.
10. Ending the service
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend a shop that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
