Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers payments for AG Bill plans made to AG Bill.

1. Free trial first

Every new shop gets a free trial with all features, so you can check the Service fits your shop before paying anything.

2. Cancellation

Plans do not renew automatically. To cancel, simply do not renew. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, after which the shop becomes view-only.

3. Refunds

• Within 7 days of a first payment: if the Service does not work for your shop, ask through our contact page and we will refund the full amount.
• Yearly plans after 7 days: we refund the unused full months, minus any payment gateway charges.
• Monthly plans after 7 days: not refundable for the current month.
• Duplicate or failed payments: refunded in full.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

5. Delivery

The Service is delivered online. Your plan is activated immediately after a successful payment; there is nothing to ship.
