Billing questions
Is there a setup fee?
No. You only pay the plan price.
How do I pay?
From inside your shop, under Subscription: UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or switch at renewal. Your data stays exactly as it is.
What if I do not renew?
Your shop becomes view-only. Nothing is deleted. Renew any time to continue billing.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Every payment is listed under Subscription in your shop. Contact us if you need a GST invoice for your accounts.
