Privacy policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This policy explains what AG Bill collects when you use AG Bill, and how it is used and protected.
1. What we collect
- Account details: shop name, owner name, mobile number, email address, and the shop address you choose.
- Shop data: everything you and your staff enter, such as products, customers, bills, payments and stock.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and activity logs used for security and support.
- Payments: payments are processed by our payment partner. We receive the payment status and reference, never your full card or bank details.
2. How we use it
To run your shop, sign you in, keep the Service secure, provide support, send service messages (such as trial or renewal reminders), and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use your shop data for advertising.
3. Who can see it
Your shop data is visible to the users of your shop. Our staff access it only when needed to give support you asked for or to keep the Service running, and such access is logged. Service providers we use (hosting, payments, email or SMS) receive only what they need to do their job.
4. Search engines
Shop pages are marked so that search engines do not index them, and are only reachable by signing in.
5. Security
Each shop has a separate database. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and data is backed up regularly.
6. How long we keep it
While your account is active, and for up to 180 days after it closes so it can be restored if you return, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Your choices
You can see and correct your details inside your shop, and ask for a copy or deletion of your data through our contact page.
8. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell shop owners before it takes effect.
